Ōsumi

Okumidori and Seimei blend into a vibrant and aromatic Japanese green tea. These cultivars are naturally infused with minerals and nutrients stemming from the ashes of the Sakurajima volcano, contributing to a deep umami and rich matcha.

It consists of light cocoa, with a fresh, fruity, and light floral finish.

Born from Kagoshima’s volcanic soil and clean air, its matcha is vibrant and rich in umami, with a smooth finish shaped by Sakurajima’s mineral-rich ash.
