16 Matcha is an independently owned tea house based in the Philippines, specializing in ceremonial-grade matcha and specialty powdered teas sourced from trusted tea producers and master blenders in Japan.

Our website is operated through Shopify and is available to customers worldwide.

 


2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.


3. Products

We strive to present accurate descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability for every product.

Because our teas are natural agricultural products, slight variations in color, aroma, texture, and taste between harvests are normal and do not constitute product defects.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify product descriptions or specifications.

  • Correct pricing or typographical errors.

  • Discontinue products without prior notice.

  • Limit purchase quantities.

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.


4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your purchase.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if:

  • Payment cannot be verified.

If your payment has already been processed, any approved cancellation initiated by us will be refunded to your original payment method.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable store currency.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment information is processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. 16 Matcha does not store your complete credit or debit card information.

 


6. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

16 Matcha is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

  • Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by their destination country.

 


7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, opened consumable products cannot be returned unless required by applicable law or approved by 16 Matcha.

 


8. Gift Cards

Gift cards, digital vouchers, and promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.
